We accept products purchased exclusively from www.theskinnymirrors.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can use your original shipment box and packaging, or any unmarked cardboard box — just make sure there’s no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box. All returns must include a Return Authorization Slip. Use masking tape on the mirror to prevent chards in case of breakage. We will accept returns and give you a full refund for your mirror minus the shipping costs. Returns must be received in tact and in new condition. If tag is removed we will deduct a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs. If the mirror returns broken, we will not refund your money. Customer pays return shipping.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

In Case of Damage on Arrival
We take great care in packaging our products though on rare occasions they arrive damaged. Please inspect your mirror immediately and notify us of any damage or breakage. Please contact us immediately by calling (831) 275-0677 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will get you a replacement mirror right away.
